Vendor sharing

The couple is rarely the only person who needs the work.

Planners want social crops, venues want two frames for a website, agencies want originals under contract. Ardynce treats each of them as a real recipient with their own link and their own rights — instead of a forwarded email you never see again.

Permissions

One delivery. Four sets of rules.

Rights are set per recipient, not per gallery, and you can change them after the link has gone out without breaking it.

Who you deliver through

The businesses in the middle, modelled properly.

Most delivery tools assume the photographer sends straight to the couple. In practice a wedding has four or five interested parties, and three of them are businesses.

Planners

Their own link, web-size downloads and a credit requirement attached, so your name travels with every post they make.

Venues

A short, approved selection rather than the whole wedding — the six frames you are happy to see on their website.

Agencies & brands

Originals under a licence window, with an expiry date and a record of exactly what was taken and when.

Second shooters & editors

Team access to the source material without giving anyone a login to your whole studio.

Branding

Your name survives the forward.

The reason handoffs cost studios work is that credit falls off somewhere between the planner and the venue. Every Ardynce link carries your wordmark, your domain and — where you require it — a credit line the recipient has to see before downloading.

  • Your domain on every recipient's link
  • Mandatory credit shown at the point of download
  • No Ardynce badge for anyone, at any level
  • Recipients cannot see each other or re-share by default

No Ardynce badge anywhere the couple looks

One wedding should not become four uploads.

The usual workaround is a second gallery for the planner, a Dropbox folder for the venue and a WeTransfer that expires in seven days. That is three copies of the same wedding, three sets of storage and no idea who has what. Ardynce keeps one delivery and changes what each person sees.

Questions

Vendor sharing, in detail

Does each recipient count as a client on my plan?

No. A delivery has one client — the couple, or the business that booked you. Recipients are attached to the delivery, and there is no cap on how many you add.

Can a planner deliver on to the couple themselves?

Yes, and that is the point. On Studio and Studio+ a business recipient can pass the gallery to their own client, still under your branding, with the rights you set rather than the ones they would choose.

What if I need to pull access after sending?

Change or revoke any recipient's rights at any time. The link stays the same; what it shows changes. Downloads already taken are logged, so you know exactly what left.

How is this different from just sending a second gallery?

A second gallery is a second copy — separate storage, separate favourites, separate expiry, and no single answer to “who has these photographs?”. Vendor sharing keeps one delivery and varies the permissions on it.
