A portal only works if nobody has to be taught how.

Most client portals fail because they ask a 29-year-old planning a wedding to create yet another account. This one does not.

No account, no app

It opens from a link, like everything else in their life. Add a password or restrict it to their two email addresses if the wedding needs it.

One address that never changes

The same link they got in February still works in October — by then it is holding the gallery and the film instead of the contract.

The portal, in detail

Is the portal separate from the gallery?

No — it is the same page, earlier. Before the wedding it holds the contract, the invoice and the questionnaire. After it, the gallery and the film appear at the top of the same address.

Can I use the portal without the studio features?

Yes. Plenty of studios run contracts elsewhere and use the portal purely as a branded home for the delivery. Turn on what you need.

What can the couple actually do?

View and download what you allow, star favourites, sign, pay, answer the questionnaire and share a link with family. They cannot see your pipeline, your other clients or anything you have not published.

How do I join early access?

Start a free trial and ask for portal access in the onboarding note. We turn it on within a working day and stay close while you set up the first wedding.
