Galleries

A gallery your couples will actually finish.

Ardynce sequences the day the way you shot it, keeps 400 frames feeling like an edit rather than a dump, and hands every recipient their own link — all on your domain, under your name.

Why it's different

Built for how a wedding gallery is really used.

Couples open it on a phone, on the sofa, four times in the first week — then forward it to people who have never heard of your studio.

Sequenced, not dumped

Ardynce lays the day out in the order you shot it and sizes each frame to its crop, so a long gallery still reads like an edit instead of a contact sheet.

Proofing without the email chain

They star what they want and leave notes on the photograph itself. No spreadsheet, no “photo 0347” in a reply three weeks later.

Rights per recipient

The couple downloads originals, the planner takes web-size for socials, the venue only ever views. One gallery, three sets of rules.

Favourites

Their picks arrive while they're still choosing.

Every star lands in your dashboard the moment it's made, attached to the frame it belongs to. By the time they email to say they're done, you already have the list.

  • Live in your dashboard — no export, no polling
  • Notes attach to the photograph, not to a thread
  • Push the selection straight into an album layout
  • Separate lists per person, so nobody overwrites anybody

Branding

Nothing on the page says Ardynce.

Set your wordmark, type and palette once, point a subdomain at us, and every gallery after that arrives wearing your studio's name. We are the plumbing, not the brand.

  • Your own domain — gallery.yourstudio.com
  • Your typeface and colours, applied to every delivery
  • No badge, no footer credit, no upsell to your couples
  • Custom cover, welcome note and download message

No Ardynce badge anywhere the couple looks

One gallery, however many people need it.

A wedding rarely ends with the couple. The planner wants social crops, the venue wants two frames for its website, the florist wants credit. Each gets their own link and their own rights — and your name stays on all of them.

Questions

Galleries, in detail

How many photographs can one gallery hold?

There is no per-gallery cap. Storage is the limit: 100 GB on Solo, unlimited on Studio and Studio+. A typical 10-hour wedding delivered as full-resolution JPEGs lands between 8 and 20 GB.

Can couples download originals?

If you let them. Download rights are set per recipient — originals, web-size, or view-only — and you can change them after the gallery has been sent without breaking the link.

How long does a gallery stay live?

As long as you want. Set an expiry per gallery if you charge for extended hosting, or leave it open. Expired galleries archive rather than delete, so a couple asking two years later is a one-click restore.

Do my couples need an account?

No. A gallery opens from its link. You can add a password or restrict it to specific email addresses if the wedding needs it, but there is never an Ardynce sign-up in the way.

Can I move galleries I have already delivered elsewhere?

Yes — Pic-Time, Pixieset and Dropbox imports are supported, and your existing links keep resolving while the move runs. Assisted migration is included on Studio and Studio+.
