Fits the workflow you already have.

You are not going to change how you cull because a delivery platform asked you to. Ardynce connects to the tools either side of it — the editor you work in, the account you get paid into, the calendar the wedding lives in.

The catalogue

What Ardynce talks to.

Everything unmarked is live now. Anything marked early access is in testing with a handful of studios — ask and we will add you.

Editing & culling
  • Lightroom ClassicPublish a collection straight into a gallery, re-publish to update it.
  • Capture OneExport recipes that land in Ardynce instead of a watched folder.
  • Frame.ioEARLY ACCESSPull an approved film cut through to a delivery when review closes.
Money
  • StripeDeposits, balances and payment schedules, paid from the portal.
  • XeroEARLY ACCESSPush paid invoices out as they clear, no re-keying.
  • QuickBooksEARLY ACCESSSame, for studios already reconciling there.
Calendar & comms
  • Google CalendarShoots, consults and delivery deadlines, two-way.
  • Apple CalendarSubscribe from the same feed on the phone you shoot with.
  • Gmail & OutlookEnquiries land in the lead inbox as a thread, not a forward.

Coming from somewhere else

Bring the last five years with you.

Nobody switches delivery platforms mid-season if it means abandoning their back catalogue. Import pulls galleries, clients and signed contracts across, and your old links keep resolving while it runs.

  • Pic-Time, Pixieset, ShootProof and Dropbox galleries
  • HoneyBook clients, contracts and payment history
  • Existing links keep working — no dead URLs for past couples
  • Assisted migration included on Studio and Studio+

Build your own

Events you can hang your own automations off.

Every meaningful thing that happens to a delivery raises an event: uploaded, delivered, opened, favourited, signed, paid. Subscribe with a webhook or a Zap and wire it into whatever you already run.

  • Webhooks with signed payloads and retries
  • Zapier actions for studios who would rather not write code
  • Scoped API keys, revocable per integration
  • A sandbox studio so you can test without a real wedding

Integrations are rolling out one at a time rather than all at once, because a broken Lightroom publish in the middle of a wedding season is worse than not having one. If the tool you depend on is not here yet, tell us which and we will tell you honestly where it sits in the queue.

Request an integration

We prioritise by how many studios ask for the same thing, so a one-line email genuinely moves it up the list.

Questions

Integrations, in detail

Do integrations cost extra?

No. Everything listed is included in the plan you are on. Where a third party charges — Stripe's processing fee, for instance — that stays between you and them; we take no cut.

What happens if I disconnect one?

Nothing already delivered changes. A disconnected integration stops syncing new events; galleries, films and payments already recorded stay exactly where they are.

Can I self-host or export everything?

You can export your full catalogue — originals, metadata, client records and contracts — at any time, on any plan. There is no hostage-taking in the pricing model.

Wired into what you already use

Connect the two tools that matter and start there

Most studios begin with Lightroom and Stripe, import a season of galleries, and add the rest when they need it.
