Film delivery

A wedding film is not one file.

The highlight cut, the full ceremony, the vows, the speeches — chaptered, streamed in 4K, and sitting on the same page as the stills instead of behind a second platform and a download you have to explain.

Chapters

Nobody scrubs a 64-minute ceremony to find the vows.

Mark the moments once and Ardynce builds the chapter list into the player. Parents jump to the readings, the couple jump to the first dance, and the speeches get watched more than once.

  • Chapter marks on the scrubber and in a jump list
  • Deep links — send someone straight to 4:05
  • Works the same on a phone, a laptop and a TV
  • Poster frame picked from the film, not a black square

What ships

Everything you cut, in one delivery.

Most studios hand over four or five separate files. Ardynce keeps them together, in order, with the runtime and quality on each one.

The highlight film

The cut they will actually share. Chaptered, 4K, with a poster frame you choose.

The full ceremony

Uncut and long, streamed rather than downloaded, so an hour of footage opens instantly.

Vows & readings

The five minutes the family will re-watch every anniversary, kept as its own piece.

Speeches

Long, funny, occasionally unrepeatable. Delivered separately so it can be shared separately.

Access

Streaming and downloading are different permissions.

A couple should be able to keep the file. A venue posting a clip on Instagram should not. Ardynce treats those as separate rights on the same delivery, and you can change your mind after sending.

  • Stream-only recipients — no file leaves the page
  • Download the master, a compressed cut, or nothing
  • Per-recipient expiry on the download, not the stream
  • See who opened it and how far they watched

One link, not “the photos are here and the film is there”.

Sending a gallery from one platform and a film from another is the most common way a beautiful delivery gets diluted. On Ardynce the film lives inside the same page as the photographs, on your domain, under one link you can hand to anyone.

Questions

Film delivery, in detail

What do I upload?

Your exported masters — ProRes, H.264 or H.265. Ardynce transcodes to adaptive streams, so a guest on hotel wifi and a parent on fibre both get a version that plays without buffering.

Is there a length limit?

No. Full ceremonies of an hour or more are the normal case, not the exception. Storage is what counts against your plan, not runtime.

Can I deliver a film without a gallery?

Yes. A film page stands on its own for videographers who do not shoot stills — same branding, same domain, same per-recipient rules.

What happens to the couple's download if I set an expiry?

The download link stops working; the stream keeps playing. Most studios sell extended download windows this way rather than taking the whole page offline.
